Kevin was extremely helpful through the whole process. He’s done 2 of my transmission replacements. My first replacement transmission failed but Kevin replaced it with a new one, all costs covered besides labor but even then he discounted labor costs and got me the best deal he could. Not very often do i feel repair men sympathize with my problems and truly care about helping but Kevin made this process so much simpler than it could’ve been. He saved me so much money and I will definitely go to blue bird for any problems I have in the future!
